Malady of Divine Spirit
We all may have had a time of disbelief in what is true about who we are. Most of us are brought up in the inner workings of church, our government, grades in school, work “ethic”, friends, or even family. Our belief systems shattered from a single horrid experience. A loss of consciousness. We evolve.
All these rules.
Whether indentured to society’s laws of government, or, believing we are autonomous entities of an indescribable energy, we do have a choice. Do we become good members of a mysterious society by pleasing the authorities? Go along with “what is”, or shout out “this is just wrong” and die defending our divine beliefs.
These questions symbolized by the double headed eagle. Where church and government rule together. Not sure if this is good or bad, but may give hope to the general population. At first look this may be an attempt at controlling the masses. Double whammied by human nature and mother nature. Our initiation begins when we serve “the community” giving what we must, taking what we can.
Our internal spirit is not to live to our potential. Potential, a funny word. Usually, squelched by parents and teachers (bad ones) by the time we reach independence. Then, to be at peace and be happy, we spend a portion of our adult life learning to be children again, playing. Our only real potential is to embrace our awakened experience as a wonder to behold.
Like water over rocks. Filling holes and spaces but always moving, to the place we all eventually arrive.
